    I even prefer the food here to the award-winning Emerald Bakery, though here it's take-away only with nowhere to sit.

    The bread is good. The pies and pasties are good. The rolls are good. The hedgehogs are good. That's good enough for me.

    Small town bakery. Having been here twice in the last week I've tried a chicken & salad roll, chicken pie, sausage roll, and apple danish and all have been wonderful. The pastries are the perfect texture.
